  Appalling service. Had a issue with the delivery. I booked a day off from work and paid for next day delivery as i needed it urgently. Received a message the next day telling me it will now arrive a day late. When i called to inform them that i have lost a day of holiday and now have to book another day off, the women on the phone tells me there is nothing she can do and tells me to call Parcel force myself for compensation, i proceed to tell her that why am i contacting their delivery service for their screw up? She then lies and tells me she didn't say that and said she would call them herself (clearly their calls are not being monitored) When i ask her for a rough estimate on when i can expect a call back she tells me whenever she's spoken to the delivery service. When i point out that thats no help to me she finally tells me "1 hour". In reality even if no compensation could be offered i would have been happy with a sincere apology and some genuine understanding of how frustrated i was feeling, but no, instead i get a rude women who was being patronising and talking over me, refusing to accept responsibility and laughing with a colleague as if a customer losing 2 days of work was a joke and all for a set of brake discs

  Ordered from their Birmingham branch at 4pm and the parts arrived the next morning. I used plain discs previously so thought an upgrade to the drilled and grooved would stop juddering and i have to say the improvement has been second to none. Highly recommend these for the quality and price!
