  Updated: Won't be using them again - They had ordered a medicine for me at the weekend, I was told I would get a text to say it had arrived. I rang at 10am on Tuesday morning and was told it was there....a text was sent after I hung up! When I went to collect I was told it was in the safe (???) and it would take 5 mins to open and then would have to be made up. 10 mins later my name was called the young lad who was serving me had a real attitude and only gave half the prescription - I won't be using them again. After McCaffertys let me down I rang Boots, they told me they would order my medicine, collect the prescription and text me once it was ready to collect! - Great job, really professional!
